  1. okay so... iv checked all my connectors and tripple checked my ram stick... my mobo is getting rgb to work no fans and it of coruse wont boot it doesnt register my mouse or keyboard what do i do

  7. hp does suport the 2700 just not the 2700x didnt see a way to download the bios on there site tho
  8. ok so back uo windows to a usb drive will photo shop and all my games remain on the computer or will i need to reinstall everything?
  9. you are correct there is a newer small form factor hp psu that fits with small mods
  10. i bought the 2700 for 110 bucks on black friday and the 1660 for 200, psu was 100 . the hp will be for my girlfriend i got a ryzen 5 3600x , x570 mobo and 650w psu and rx 590 fatboy on black friday also lol gonna have 2 gaming pcs just not sure about using the stock hp stuff ' also thanks for the info
  11. already got a 500w on the way and bought the 1660 non super because of my case me mini atx and the super cards were way more money, it has 16 g already the 2700 wont be better then the 1700?
  12. alright guys new to pc mods iv done alot of research and from what i can gather my hp pavillion 690 ryzen 7 1700 with a radeon 550 can be upgraded to be a decent gaming computer, hp forums say that the sunflower mobo i have can run the ryzen 7 2700 what i wana know is before i change the cpu do i need to back up everything or will windows and all my games and stuff still be there ? secound i found out my psu is only 310 watt and got a hp 500 watt supply so i can run a gtx 1660 gpu should i do all of these upgrades at once ? also read i might need a bios update for this to work kinda worried about it not posting
