there are good story driven games where the experience is like reading a book, or watching a tv series. and then there are great story driven games where the experience is like writing your own screenplay for that tv series which is even better. even if you don't replay it, you spend $50 for 50 hours of content. if you went to the cinema for 10 films, it would be more than $50. if you pay your netflix account for a year to see a good 50 hours series, it's more than $50. and it's not interactive.
there are also games where you need skill to beat the game. sure, most of them feature easy difficulties for those who just care about the story. but most good games feature a hard or nightmare or whatever difficulty, where you actually need to have skill, to think about tactics and strategy to be able to beat the AI. and that's as fun as trying to outsmart a real person.

He isn't going to retire but taking a different look on things. Though the guy should step back a bit. He has been working so hard for so long.

Building off of his comments about the environment and quality stuff that lasts a while, I'd love to see more videos about reusing and repurposing used enterprise hardware.   I have an old Dell R510 in my laundry room that makes a beast of a plex server.

I will feel sad if he retires, but if it's his decision and that's what he wants, I'll respect it. I've learned so much things from this guy and he is unique. From what I mean by unique, you already know, drops stuff but that's the reason why he is so interesting to watch. The sponsors too. I swear @LinusTech people will respect the decision that you will make in the future.

he also told me I needed to use it to buy something from LTTstore.com with it as soon as I gets in.

    Thank you guys!

Well this one is going to get me a lot of hate, but so be it.
Ryzen is shit. It's not the shit as most people say it is. It's just shit.
Why do I say this? Well very simple, let's be brutally honest here the only reason Ryzen is good is because Intel slept at the wheel for the last 10 years or so. If Intel would've giving us more cores and faster cores these past years then when Ryzen would've been launched, no one would even look at AMD. We would all laugh at them.
Ryzen is only viewed as good because Intel did nothing. Something that would've happened the other way around as well, if AMD was in Intel's position. AMD would've slept at the wheel as well if they had the chance.
So yeah in reality land Ryzen is not this magnificent thing that everyone says it is.
Obviously it's well welcomed and it needed to exist because Intel would've giving us 4 cores until 2030 without a doubt or even later. But let's not pretend it's truly amazing.
Can you imagine 4 cores in 2070? That would've been Intel's plan for sure. Or maybe 4 cores in the year 3000. Wouldn't be surprised at all.

    I also have a few:

Investing money in RGB while being on a tight budget is questionable at best. It's like buying a Fiat and painting a Ferrari logo onto it. The only RGB I care about is provided by a device called monitor, that's what I am looking at when the PC is running. Buying a macbook when you are on a budget might not be the most sensible decision in most cases. Laptops are useless if always kept in the same location at home, buy a desktop PC instead and enjoy all the advantages. Mobile phones are made to be carried with you (switched on and sufficiently charged), their potential is wasted if used as a landline replacement only. Noise emissions should factored in more heavily when designing tech (in anything from cars to household appliances). Most of the time, one cannot say brand A is garbage while brand B is excellent (especially in tech), making a good choice usually takes much more effort than just looking at the brand.

I look at it from a purely practical standpoint - I, like most people, have a handful of audio devices that don't have bluetooth and would like to keep using them considering there's absolutely no reason to get rid of the jack in the first place. Furthermore, bluetooth devices need to be charged, which isn't always convenient. Bluetooth also drains your phone's battery more.

Can I make do with bluetooth? Sure. But why should I?

9 times out of 10, we're going to recommend you buy a Redragon keyboard.  They're fairly cheap and have great build quality for the price.

As far as the laptop screen, if you can find a driver that will run it, it should be fine. Whether that's an official Asus one, or a generic one.

SaltyBoi got a reaction from Bayron in Is redragon k552-rgb good budget mechanical keyboard?
I am absolutely a redragon fanboy. My first keyboard was the k552 with the red backlight. I loved that thing. I ended up getting a corsair one and wish I still had that thing. I plan on getting another one after the holidays. I do use the half keyboard they have, the k585, its fantastic. The only thing I wish is I got Brown switches instead of blue. I feel you will not regret your purchase.

Watch, it's going to have a smart connector on the back and they'll sell dongles to add back the lightning connector. And then Belkin will launch a better version that has the lightning port AND still allows wireless charging.
