PC is a 7 year old Gateway from bestbuy, playing path of exiles the gpu is overheating around 103 Celsius. Idles around 70-80 just on desktop. Even opened up the sides and had a fan blowing in. I play RUST and am not getting much fps no matter the optimization I do in settings. 40-65. (70 standing still) I upgraded from a EVGA GTX960 to RTX 2060 xc ultra didn't seem to help.
