    I agree with people saying that you could get a better cooler, in my opinion a cooler from Noctua would be a fantastic option, its cool and its really quiet. I suggest the NH-D15 SE-AM4

    However if you still want to stick with the stock cooler for a while then I suggest that you go into your BIOS and look for a feature called AMD Cool'n'Quiet, It works by reducing the processor's clock rate and voltage when the processor is idle. The aim of this technology is to reduce overall power consumption and lower heat generation, allowing for slower (thus quieter) cooling fan operation.(Taken from Wikipedia)
