for more performance in gaming?

Well i would like to know what would be the absolute best gaming computer money can buy currently would be? if possible with a AMD processor i was thinking of: GPU 2X ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB ROG MATRIX + asus nvlink CPU ( amd 3950x) Motherboard ( gigabyte x570 aorus xtreme or asus rog crosshair viii formula x570) not sure ram g skill 4600mhz 32gb ( if there is even any OC motherboards that can support that much) SSD: Gigabyte aurous nvme gen4 ssd 2tb Harddrive: Western Digital Ultrastar HC530 14TB 7200RPM 256MB 512e Do you think you could help me out?
