  1. I would normally do that but I just want the yellow highlights to be changed to red. I like the gray industrial looking backplate. The lines are so small I don’t think spray painting will help much if I have to tape over almost all of it just to cover the lines. Thanks for which primer to use, I’ll definitely pick that up if I am painting it.
  2. I’m building my first pc and I want to buy this graphics card because it’s on sale right now. The only thing is, I’m doing a red theme to the Pc build and I feel like the yellow lines in the gpu would look pretty ugly so I want to know how I would go changing it. It’s all one piece so I can’t separate the yellow from the black parts which means I probably can’t go by spray painting it. I was thinking either hand painting it, putting red tape over it (since it’s just lines I’m covering I feel confident I can perfectly cut it out to match), or possibly just going over it with a red sharpie. Any suggestions of what I should do/use? If I’m hand painting it, I think, after five minutes of researching, that acrylic paint would be best. But if not (or if there’s a better paint) please give any suggestions you have. Also it seems like many people do a white undercoat, would I have to do that too or not since yellow is also a lighter color? And would I need to have a white undercoat if I’m using a sharpie? It seems like in total there are 5 lines I have to color, I don’t need to color any of the other sides of the gpu because I can’t see them in the window of my pc.
