    The typical way for using Sonarr/Radarr externally is via a reverse proxy. 
    You can do a reverse proxy through something like Nginx, or you can get something like Organizr.

    try gigabyte's SIV app. It has a fan auto stop option.

    You can mess around with speedfan, it can completely stop fans. You just have to mess around its settings to enable fan control as none of the boards I had working speedfan fan control using default settings.

    Which Mobo are you using? 
    My gigabyte board has fan stop. I set it to stop cpu fan below 30° C

    Check your motherboards hw control software, however gigabyte and msi board software I used did not allow fan speed to drop below a certain threshold.
