I'm looking for a new power supply because mine sounds like a ps4 if it was drugged up while playing cyberpunk... looking for a good unit between 600-700 watts with black cables, preferably some form of modular (doesn't really matter if its semi or full) in the 40-60 dollar price point. I know that Corsair, EVGA, and Seasonic are well made, and EVGA seems to fit that price point. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't think its a component level issue considering this worked before I reinstalled windows. Pretty much nothing has changed other than tweaked OC's, which went lower.

Ah, no. Nothing has changed other than a few new fans and steelseries GG and engine, if that matters. lol

The confusing thing is that this worked BEFORE when I had HIGHER OC's. This is a fresh install of windows pertaining to my other problem and I am getting this issue. Have tried reinstalling and updating my drivers, nothing.

My system crashed once after I OC'd it, like right after I saved the settings but it's been fine after that. It's the gpu I'm talking about. CPU is also stable.

As long as you don't have any fans on the side it shouldn't make a difference.

I'm more than confused now, wtf is todo and what is the file description part? This is the trial of Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 17.0 and I have never had this happen before. I'm starting to give up on software companies tbh, has anyone else has this problem and/or is there a way to fix it?

Yeah, that is not a possibility for me. I have a storage drive, but I still have a lot on my ssd for quick access. Do you think windows recovery could fix it?
