There is people like me who got a x570 and are waiting on something better just to max out the performance

I would say just wait till the price drops some more and get her just a 3900x or xt for about $350-400 and call it a day

Maybe because someone wants to upgrade from zen+ and has a b450 max or they just got stupid money and can buy every gen. People just sell the old stuff and buy the newest stuff it's not a huge load. Ebay and craigslist is loaded

Like wise here, I got it in july as well, my plans are keeping it till am5 comes out and then get 5800x or hopefully a refresh (XT) comes out before 6xxx series, so that I get some use out of my x570.

Btw I am about to upgrade her rig from a i7 2600k @4.7 to a 2600x not getting her a gpu till maybe next year the 1070 should be more then enough for her 1080p @144fps.

Yeah 3700x on a x570 tuf. You have to set the speed to let's say 3600 the the fclk 1/2 of that so 1800mh. Then you use ryzen calculator and copy the timings. I do 5 at the time see if it's boots then when everything is fine I try to tighten the timings see if I could squeeze some more out of it.

I had a rx5700xt and it wouldn't work, but my gtx1070 worked in the same slot. It had a issue with the pcie running on pcie4.0. I know that doesn't help u

I had this same problem with a x570 tuf and it was my top pcie slot. Try a different pcie slot, see if that helps

I have no complains with my Viper Patriot 4400mhz. I know with this kit I am set till ddr5 comes out and tbh this is the best kit I ever had. Not sure if I got lucky or what.

It will run @ 2133mhz till u turn the xmp/docp or manually set the timings
