  1. Definitely network. Everything works as long as the resources aren't stored on the network. I can even package the file onto the network, provided the resources are local.
  2. I've just moved to Google Workspace from OneDrive for our company. I've moved some files to Google Drive and synced them with my PC - all of the files are downloaded and available offline in Shared Drives. I've then shared these over our local network so my colleagues can access, without going through Google Drive. This always worked fine OneDrive. Unfortunately, on Google we've found a bug. When packaging up one of our files (collecting all of the textures used in the scene in a Zip-like file) if any of the resources used are on the network, the package will fail. No errors... you see it made then instantly delete. This occurs on multiple PCs, all of which have access to the files via the network. I've checked all of the Drive permissions, and the network share is definitely Read/Write. Seems like a permissions issue here but I wouldn't even know where to look. Surely there's a lot of Drive users who share files via a local network. Any recommendations??
  3. SOLVED: In case you have the same issue, using Command Prompt to clear the folder pretty much worked. The folder is still there but is now 0 bytes. All that's left is some folders - I'm happy with that. I used this
  4. This is driving me up the wall... my company OneDrive is synced to my computer all find and dandy. However there is an old folder from a previous sync of the same account that I can't delete. This folder is no longer syncing or has anything to do with the current OneDrive folder. When trying to remove files I'm met with the following error. That makes sense as the folder is no longer connected to OneDrive. But then how on earth can I remove the 300GB of data that's just sat there dormant? One recommendation is to turn off Files on Demand in the OneDrive app, but I can't really do that as I don't have enough space on the SSD because of this extra 300GB of data. Seems like I need a force delete to just erase it idk. Other online articles haven't helped. Any suggestions? Liam
  5. @GoldenLag @Chiyawa thanks. Keyshot can leverage multiple GPUs without Nvlink SLI but I think upgrading to a more capable mobo sounds about right.
  6. My 3D rendering program of choice, Keyshot, has recently added support for GPU rendering with Ray Tracing on Nvidia cards. I'm concerned about memory capacity because I can easily fill up 10GB+ with assets and materials when rendering on my CPU. Unfortunately, you can't pool VRAM with Keyshot yet, but apparently that function is in the works. I also game on a 34" 1440p monitor and will be using the GPU to power my Oculus Quest through link. I'm planning on upgrading to a 2070 SUPER soon, with the intention of adding another 2070S with NVlink when support for pooling VRAM is added, giving me 16GB total. I'm aware that the B450 Tomahawk only has 1 PCIe 3.0 x16, with an additional PCIe 2.0 x16. And the 2700X has 16 lanes for GPUs. I'm struggling to find answers as SLI in gaming becomes less popular. Am I going to run into problems (PCIe, power handling, bottlenecks etc.) if I add in second card on my B450 Tomahawk with my 2700X? Thanks
