    Yeah I know.. Maybe I used to wrong words here to describe what I was after.. These guys claims you can lower graphics settings, and still get a better/smoother picture than a newer monitor and therefore get better performance when playing RTX games.

    Hi! I just stumbled upon a really interesting video showcasing the RTX capabilities of an outdated Sony FW900 CRT monitor, is this something Linus should check out and maybe benchmark? Bulkiness aside, this baby seems to support 160hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2304 x 1440 at 80 Hz. And the people in the video claims that you can lower graphics settings and still get better quality than a newer display.
