  1. Does anyone have a source or suggestion for a 4x4 USB sharing switch that allows each port to be assigned independently to any of the connected computers? To clarify, let's assume you have Computer 1 (C1), C2, C3, and C4 connected to the sharing switch. You also have four peripherals connected to the switch P1, P2, P3, and P4. I would like to be able to assign P1 to C4, P2 to C2, P3 to C1, and P4 to C3 simultaioniously, and any combination thereof. All the sharing switches I've found are all-or-nothing, where all peripherals are assigned to a single computer and then all peripherals are then switched between computers. I have an HDMI switch that allows one to toggle multiple HDMI sources between multiple monitos, but cannot find anything along these lines for USB. In my specific case, I have two gaming computers, and XBox One and a PS4. I use two sets of keyboard and mouse to play (2-person co-op) on all systems (consoles using Xim adapters) set up between two monitors. The monitors are switched with a similar multiple input / multiple output HMDI switch, and I would simply like to toggle two sets of connected mouse/keyboard (total four USB ports) between any combination of the four gaming systems. Any help or information anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. .
