Yes it doesn't go below 7000 when i last tried to lower it. Plus i sent it to the company that i bought it from they said it's working fine, i mean what else could effect my gpu using too much memory without running anything ??

Yes on idle mode it's 7001 mhz

I mean it was around 1400 mhz why did it go up to 7001mhz ?

After 6 months of using my 2070 gpu it started using 7001 mhz of memory without running any games etc, i tried many fixes besides of reinstalling gpu drivers and even formatting my pc but nothing worked so far, ps many people have this issue specially with their 2070 gpu can i get any help and thanks?
