I don't believe you will be effected any way with 2 RAM slots, the speeds I believe would be the biggest factor, they both run on dual channel vs single/quad channel ram so I don't think you would notice any difference going with 2/4 ram slots, just future upgradability/expandability, it looks like the 2 slots max out at 64gb and the 4 at 128gb (which is complete overkill either way.

As far as mobo's go, I tend to lean towards ones that are more feature rich/more expandability, The Aurus, Pro-VDH, and TUF all have 4 ram slots, which to me would be more appealing than just 2, Narrowing that down it appears that the PRO-VDH has USB 3.1 as well as 3.0 headers, Even though the case doesn't support USB C It would be nice to have incase you decide to upgrade down the line. It also has 2 NVME drive sockets on the PRO-VDH vs just 1 on the others mentioned. Personally that is the one I think I would go with.

in my opinion it isnt worth 240$. However you are you , so you need to decide if it's worth it to you to have a card now to use vs waiting a very long time.

If you cant find another 1060 3gb for the same price the rx570 is a good replacement. its only about 10% worse than the 1060 3gb

If consider between those graphics, suggest RX 570 is the winner even those videocard is not futureproof but get that, dont think twice is best of them and worthy for such money

then i would go with the rx 470 i think. As far as i know, it is the same chip as the rx 570, so you might be able to oc it to rx 570 levels and it is 10 € cheaper

The RX 470 and the 570 are the same GPU (the 570 has a newer bios and it's a newer card) and both are stronger than the 280X (they perform like the 390).

having a little look i think the SATA ports will be fine, my GPU sits over an inch away from my motherboard.

and looking at it the SATA ports sit out around the same height/width as the PCIE slot, and you often get a few extra mm where the GPU plugs in,

im 99% sure you will be fine

You should stick with the graphics built into your 3200G for now, and then save money for a good GPU like an RX 570 down the line.

If 1060 and 580 are same price (not sure from your replies, get kind of lost) than choose 580, nearly same performance but you have more vram (8gb vs 3gb), some games may use more than 3gb

No, that is quite a bit worse than the 1050ti or the 470/480/570. For AMD cards try looking for the 470/480/570, others will probably be too slow or too power hungry or too expensive.

Here is a comparison between the rx570 and the gtx1050ti so you can have an idea of the difference between those and decide if it is worth the price difference: https://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/2525?vs=2573
470 and 480 are close to the 570, with the 470 being slightly slower and the 480 slightly faster.

Rx570 will perform much better than 1050ti, if you can afford it just go for it, you not gonna regret.

Hmm.. To be extra cautious I would recommend wearing sandals for optimal unstatic electricity like.

Just plug your PSU into the power on the wall and touch it and you'll be safe (PSU doesn't need to be plugged in). People overstate the dangers of static electricity.

I don't see why not.  I can't see it producing any static electricity if that's your concern.
