  1. I am looking at buying an nzxt model myself and looked at some of the problems people have been having, apparently CAM causes issues. If it's not running through CAM but is through the motherboard then at least you know you have working fans. So it's probably a software issue, contact Nzxt. They will help you.
  2. Has anyone had any issues with the nzxt CAM software. I'm looking to get an nzxt x72, I've looked at a lot of problems but they were from 2017 I was curious how far the software had come since then. Also if you've had a positive experience please take the time to post that as well. Thanks.
  3. Thank you for your advice I'm going with corsair the main reason I posted this was the kingpin uses 3 x 8 pin pcies and wanted to see if anyone had experience with them. I'm not sure if anyone does own one but they are thirsty, also the i9 9900ks draws 127 watts compared to the previous model (i9-900k) of 95. Everyone gave me direction on brand and probably decided what was best before looking into the hardware, for example they kingpin can draw upto 400 watts without LN2 cooling. So I'm not sure a 650 watt would be sufficient I've had to research these numbers, should of just done this in the first place. But I did find a new psu supplier.
  4. I did mean inside, I can't lie I do like the idea of subtle RGB I've bought a few to see what it looks like I can always turn it off.
  5. Fair enough as long as it works for you that's all that matters. I hope your second one looks more organised.
  6. I'm now looking at all of the manufacturers on this thread I didn't ask for a manufacturer recommendation I asked which wattage would be best.
  7. As you overclock the components require more power.
  8. I was looking at GQ units now I'm looking at all of the brands people have reccomended, I assumed a large company like EVGA would sell decent reliable products. After reading a few reviews I realise I was wrong.
  9. Thank you for the advice on the nzxt such a shame I really like the RGB ring, I'm going for a i9 9900ks. Going for a AIO still but will do my research I assumed they'd be reputable due to the higher price, I've not done this with all of the pc. I've researched a lot before buying something that seems trivial. No I'm going to be running games in 4K at 120 fps when I can afford a high end monitor. I'm not a fortnite fan, do the be quiet fans make a difference, why didn't you go for a Noctua cooler. Thanks for explaining and your help.
  10. I'm sticking with EVGA for the PSU and going with 1000 watts to maximise oc headroom.
  11. OK thank you for your help 1000 watt it is
  12. I'm planning to use a I9-900ks 2080ti kingpin Nzxt kraken x72 360mm AIO Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Ultra I'm planning to overclock obviously (not LN2) I was wondering what PSU would be adequate some say 1000 watt others 850 watt. Could it reduce performance if I use a higher PSU than I need?
  13. I appreciate your help and advice. I will eventually upgrade the monitor when I have the money shame they don't have higher refresh rate on a 1440p, but what can you do, hopefully it all goes to plan. What is your setup like?
