So cpu's memory speed doesn't matter!?

I'm pairing an i5 9400F with msi z390-A pro and I'm installing 8+8gb 3200mhz of ram(due to ryzen 5 not being available in my location). But I've heard i5-9400f can perform up to 2666mhz!!! Is that true? And if it is, what can i do about it!?

That's reasonable, msi b450 gonna be my first choice. But if for any reason i couldn't afford it, can prime b450 non-m be my second?

yes. would be nice not having to upgrade my motherboard along with the cpu. but i'm low on budget... how's asus b450m-a or non-m?

nothing really. other than slightly overclocking! my option is gonna be asus prime b450m-a. what do you think?
