As an update to this i found if i turn 10bit colour to 8bit it fixes it, is this a monitor defect this panel is meant to be 10bit.

Changed my parts over to the new Corsair 4000D Airflow case. Wow! For £80 its a bargain.
Had to buy a few items to make it complete. What do you guys think of the white? How do you like the new 4000D case?

Yeah Noctua makes great products, especially their case fans are high quality.

Well I own a regular Noctua NH-D15 and performs great with my i7-9800X! Temps never go above 75 C and worked just as good with my 4790k before I retired that system. I can't speak on the behalf of AIOs as I never had one and always feared AIO coolers (water cooling in general) due to failures/leaks and destroying expensive components in the process.

That would also be okay for a while. The key is keeping air bubbles out of the block. Down would be better or mount it to the top of you can. As the water permeates out of the system there will be more air and get sucked into the pump. This will cause more noise and possibly failure over time. Gamers Nexus did a video on that not too long ago.

Thanks man :D. I've seen GamersNexus video but I've never had an issue with AIO's being like this.

If possible you might want to flip that rad around so the tubes are on the bottom. But other than that... looks good.

    "cable management", not "management-cable" 😉

    Nice idea tho!

But put the rad at the top if possible.

I will be having it at the top on my new case. I'm purchasing some dominator platinum in white once i get my new Corsair 4000X case as that has plenty of room. Fancy a change of colour aha

These are very similar to one another, they're both great choices. The LG one has better color accuracy since it uses a Nano IPS panel instead of the IPS Asus use, but it's not an immense difference, and won't matter at all if you're not doing colour critical work. The Asus one has 165hz refresh rate which is faster than the 144hz refresh rate LG has, however you won't actual notice a difference when you have the monitor next to one another. Everything else about either monitor is the same, they have the same contrast ratio and maximum brightness, and I wouldn't be surprised if you can overclock the LG panel to 165hz (I wouldn't suggest it).
The AOC one does seem to be the best one, it is HDR400 certified, it's response time is 1ms faster, it has a higher typical brightness, (LG 250cd, AOC 300cd), and at last the AOC has an IPS panel which offers better colour accuracy and looks better than the VA panel the LG uses.
