    I have received a keyboard ( cougar puri ) which has a weird issue of the entire bottom row and the number row not working. The shift key also has an issue; if i tap it, randomly multiple shortcuts pop up. I tried finding a broken trace in the pcb but the shift key shortcut is causing issues. Can anyone help me out with this problem? Thanks

    yes the bios update solved the problem. IDK much about other mobos but gigabyte requires you to upgrade all the bios consecutively to work or sth. I suggest you to talk to the retailer. Yes f50. besides if you want to update bios before f32 , you need an older cpu, 2nd gen or 1st gen ryzen. thats why i was facing the issue in the first place

    Planning to upgrade to AMD Ryzen 7 3800x which comes with Wraith Prism cooler. I want to pair it up with Gigabyte GamingX X570 and a 5700xt in the future. I am not planning to overclock the CPU at all. I am building to use the PC for gaming and work. I want to know If the wraith prism cooler is enough for daily uses. What idle temperature can I expect? How high can the temperature rise to? Should I get an AIO or another aftermarket aircooler? Thanks

    found the problem. It was related to BIos incompatibility with ryzen 3000s

    I tested for 2 days. Turns out it wasn't the RAM, still facing Kernel power 41. my pc freezes and restarts randomly. how do i fix this guys? Is something wrong with the Motherboard or the PSU?

    I disabled XMP and manually set the frequency to 3200mhz. Lets see what happens

    xmp works. if i enable it, i get better performance. the issue is, my pc restarts randomly. i dont know if it is the xmp that is causing it

    i am not confident in using memtest86. i will pass. so i guess i will have to buy new memory with xmp 2.0?

    Facing issue with kernel-power 41. Pc shuts down and turns on again randomly. occurs mostly while playing games. tried- 1. windows re 2. temps checked 3.bios update 4.auto restart disabled this problem occurs when i enable xmp for ram. using ram gskill tridentZ 3200mhz 8gb single for AMD r5 3600. mobo aorus b450 pro wifi. i checked, the mbo is compatible with the ram. What could be the possible problem? PSU Motherboard or RAM?

    those are not the intakes.one intake in the underside of the pastic, and the 4 slight gaps are intake .nothing else
