  1. I will give that a shot tomorrow, thanks!
  2. Yup if I have all 4 in the mobo and enable xmp the computer won't post. It works fine if I leave them at 2133mhz with all 4 sticks in but if I enable xmp it won't boot. It was a 4 stick set that I bought. I haven't tried manually clocking the ram myself, was never super familiar with it and assumed if xmp won't work that might not work either. But I can definitely try it.
  3. Hey everyone, I built a new pc late last year and have finally had some time to start troubleshooting it as I can't seem to be able to use XMP profiles on my ram. I originally thought it was a mobo issue as I was having troubles overclocking the cpu and ram, but I'm able to get the cpu clocked now at 5.0 each core and it runs fine. Now if I run two of my four sticks of ram, I can run the xmp profile at 3600 (stock) but as soon as I add more my computer won't post. Have to go back into bios and turn off xmp to able to boot again.
