after me and him trouble shooting this thing. we reset the cmos agian and it is now work.

hey guys. a buddy of mine just bought a ryzen 3600 msi x570 a pro and some corsair 3200 vengence ddr4 ram. he got the system to boot about 3-4 times then i had him go into the bios and change the XMP file so he can have his ram set to 3200 and now it wont post.. we have tried so many things to get it to work and nothing as work. we have reset cmos, flipped the PSU switch on and off fast, reseated everything, removed the resest SW. does anyone have any idea on what we can do to get this to work.
