No it's much bigger than 10% I can bring down render time down from 2-3 hr per fame to 20min (Quality is mostly unchanged )

I don't have a sleep schedule.

By optimizing I mean changing the tile size to the fastest for the item Cpu is fastest on 16x16 Gpu is fastest on 1024x1024.
