  1. No other line of chips are going to last a full day without charging which is what i want it to be capable of doing. I was looking at 8750h and 9750h but they just chew through battery and most laptops with them come with discrete gpu which isnt really what i want either.
  2. You don't reckon gaming in the future will move to 6 core optimization? just looking to get a laptop thats as future proof as possible.
  3. Hey I'm looking at selling my computer rig and investing the money as well as some more into a laptop and egpu setup. With the new 10th gen intel chips out, what kind of laptop should I go after? I want this laptop to last a while and to have a great cpu to last for all future games and to be the least possible bottleneck for my egpu. Im not sure whether to go for the 6-core i7 10710u or the 4 core 1065g7, Im only after a 15W cpu to last me throughout the day whilst at work and university/college. I plan to some some cadwork on it and play games when connected to egpu. I currently have a monitor (144hz 1440p) at home which will be my gaming display whilst at home. I guess to sum up what im asking is will either chip suit what im after? is either chip better suited with higher clocks vs more cores? Im just a casual gamer so lag input isn't a huge issue for me but out of curiosity, will there be much connecting the laptop up to the monitor and what not? currently comparing the new dell xps 13 models with pretty much same specs jsut the two different cpu's listed above. Ill be looking at getting a used 1080ti or 2080 for the egpu so i know i wont have an issue gpu wise. Thanks heaps in advance!
