    ok so i recently got a 16:10 display (1920x1200…

    Alas...
  3. Very simply put, you can only use either M.2_1 or SATA6G_2. Not both at the same time.

i just told my parents i'm trans because realis…

    Congratulations!
  5. Said tier list actually being based on those spec sheets you wrote off as useless. Need I remind you those are the facts that are important to know when deciding on a quality PSU?
  6. It might be experience, but it's still opinion-based. In contrast to the PSU Tier list, which is fact-based.
  7. No, no, no. Don't listen to that guy. We need a lot more info. Budget and country, for example...
  8. Apparently, it's from 2017. But let's ask @LukeSavenije

i was banned for using the word "shit" on tomsh…

So what was their response, if any?

Lol the tomshw thing escalated. a different mod…

...Never thought I'd specifically choose to stay away from a specific forum, but now there's one. There's delusional and then there's thinking you're always right because you're the mod.

once again Insider Windows 10 is better than no…

Must be something wrong with your Windows? I don't have Insider, yet I can make mine red, no problem.
  12. Being preventative towards misinformation...was the concept in my head. It certainly worked better there.
  13. What about the inverse, then? A badge to showcase the less reliable ones?
  14. Any other suggestions to prevent potential misinformation in new builders' threads?
  15. A badge that indicates who's most reliable when it comes to picking the best parts for a new builder's needs. How's that idea?
  16. Sources?
  17. AHEM! So where are those statistics, Constantin?
  18. Citation needed. No, seriously, we need FACTS supporting that. Benchmarks, tests, you name it.
  19. So Crucial isn't a name brand? And why M.2 over regular SATA?
  20. I'm referring specifically to your choices as an opinion.
  21. Fine. But do note your choices for processor, motherboard, SSD and graphics card really can (and should) not be trusted. While I'm not the most knowledgeable, I don't see much wrong with most of the other components. Are you sure the PSU wattage isn't more than necessary?
  22. Let's see just how much you got wrong... Ignoring OP's request for a build centered around a used Ryzen 5 1600/2600 and a B450M motherboard? Check. OP wanting to maybe keep the 1050ti graphics card, which you also ignored in the post you quoted? Check. Immediately going for one of the most expensive 250 GB SSDs around? Check.
