    Usually 3200MHz can't do good timings with only 1.2V (Crucial does sell 3200MHz CL22 1.2V kits) say CAS 16, but if that's what you want it's totally fine. I myself will just raise voltage and see how far sticks will go

    1.35 volts is common for DDR4 so there's no problem with 1.2

    1.2 volts is a very healthy voltage for DDR4. I'm unsure, but XMP profiles may control the voltage, potentially why you're not able to change it manually.
     
    If it's stable, then it's clearly perfectly fine. If it's not stable, then find a way to increase the voltage a bit ?

    Have you monitored system usage? Do you see this in fps or dropped frames? Is it more keyboard or mouse, or both?
