Convert eSATA RAID enclosure to Thunderbolt3

Back in 2014 I bought a RAID tower enclosure - 8 bay SANS Digital RAID that never worked. First the powersupply died, they replaced it, but the eSATA RAID card kept dropping hard drives. I gave up with tech support and was out $340. It is now a monitor stand ? I've built a new workstation with Thunderbolt3 that I'd like to hook a RAID up to and am thinking of using the case and powersupply of the old SANS Digital. What would it take to get this running a Thunderbolt3 RAID? Thanks for any help!
