Background: I built this system in March of this year (2019), it ran for a good while just fine. About a month after building it and moving it into another location, it stopped booting correctly. If I powered it off or it lost power, the only thing that happened when turning it back on was lights and fans. I would power cycle, cycle components, all the standard troubleshooting methods. Eventually, something would click and the lights would go back to their configured pattern and everything would boot just fine. Fast forward a couple months of dealing with this issue- BIOS update late September, now it boots just fine. Can power cycle without having a heart attack, everything works as it should... until the other day. I came in to work to see the lights cycling incorrectly, again no boot no display. After wiggling every cable I could possibly wiggle, eventually it clicked and worked just fine. Didn’t turn it off for fear of that happening again. Came in to work today, displays weren’t working, power cycled and we’re back to stage one. No boot. No lights on KBM. No light on the m.2, just like before.
Any ideas other than bricked MOBO? Because it did this before and went back to working just fine.
