This is my first build ever and I may have bitten off more than I can chew. When I power up the PC nothing appears on monitor, it's just completely black (have tried 2 other fully functional monitors). When I power up the computer the DRAM LED lights up yellow and then roughly a minute after my CPU LED comes on and displays red. Could this possibly be an issue with the motherboard?
I have done all of the recommended procedures I could find to solve the issue:- tried all RAM slots
- tried booting without RAM- cleared CMOS
- reseating/replugging everything- removed GPU- checked if all cables were properly connected- removed the cooler and checked CPU for bent pins/damage
GPU: RTX 2070 8 GB
PSU: Corsair CXM 550 W 80+
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
MOBO: Asus PRIME Z390-A
CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K 3.6 GHz 8-Core
BIOS Version 1302
