    Try Cinebench R20 and Furmark. Also try the 3dMark demo version on Steam.

    Have you seen or tied the Corsair Scimitar pro i use it myself for programming. The 12 Shortcut keys are nice if you can remember their position.

    Try arranging your budget differently like getting a 3600 and a better motherboard. The rest is fine the PSU and RAM are decent but i would wait for the new GPUs to get released.

    Is your mounting pressure fine? And is the cpu picked up correctly by your MB

    You go to the Driver section on Nvidias website and just pick you GPU. Then start the downloaded Programm.

    Try reinstalling the driver and running a GPU benchmark to see if at least that workes.

    1st try reseting the Bios. 2nd Which cooler are you using?

    You should wait for the next gen GPUs that are comming is a few weeks. If you buy one now you will miss out on a huge amount of performance that comes with the new gpus. Another issue right now is that GPU prices for RTX 2000 series ist rising due to Nvidia stopping production and the AIBs not having enough GPUs. Also take into consideration that the next gen AMD GPUs might hold a decent price/performance and overall performance that might come at very decent pricing.

    I wouldnt use the Asus Prime or the A-Pro in my opinion the B550 Tomahawk or the Aorus Pro will be your best Choice.

    Fun fact bought one today but with a better motherboard. Got a real X79 for 40€ and two xeons for roundabout 30€ one 4c/4t at 3ghz and one 4c/8t at 4ghz

    Go on ebay/aliexpress and buy a knockoff X79 motherboard and a xeon e5 1620. Best Price/Performance you can get. Especially with the 4 memory channels.

    I "quickly" ran two Crystal Disk Marks the faster one is of my WD Black NVMe SSD the slower of 2HDDs in raid 0 on my NAS.

    The NVMe SSD will still take the win here i think. Also running RAID 0 usually not that great because the data is very easily lost.

    Yes way better with way better RTX and normal performance just overall a increase in performance

    I currently own 2 Intel Xeon e7 4830v2 but no fitting motherboard. As you can see in the attached image the Pin-layout of Ivy-Bridge EX is different than the Sandy-Bridge EP, Ivy-Bridge EP and the Haswell EP layouts so you would need the LGA 2011-1 Socket to run theese CPUs alongside the C602J Chipset. After some digging i found some motherboards that would cost about 5k$ and some Servers that would cost about 400$ without anything in them but i dont own a Server closet. Are there different options i missed or can anyone in the commuinity sell me one used cheaper? I would be happy if someone knows some ways to get them e

    I have two gtx 1050s and i wondered if could run them in SLI with different SLI auto as i again stumbled upon the LTT vid with the two GTX 1060s in SLI. I heared somewhere that the software no longer workes but im not sure because a also heard that i got picked up again. Is there someone hwo knows for sure?
