The Poco is nice, my brother used to have it, but its 2 Cams, and a back fingerprint, but it has the advantage of a Snapdragon 845, even do the Galaxy A50 has a Exynos 9 Series.

Pixel 3 is literally $499 on Black Friday for base model. (Thats a bargain)
Pixel 3XL Is $599 on Black Friday for base model.
Pixel 3a Is only $299 with Black Friday for base model. (Thats crazy cheap for a Pixel Experience)
Pixel 3a XL Is a little bit more expensive, at $379 for base model. (That isnt super cheap like the 3a, but it is very cheap)
 
If you would ask me, $299 for a polished android experience with allmost immediate updates is a giant bargain. But is your choice.

Note 9 should be better. I can compare you the specs, i didn't have neither of them do.

Screen: Super AMOLED 514 PPI 6.4" on Note. Dynamic AMOLED 465 PPI 5.8" on S10e.
Camera: Dual Cameras on both. Selfie cam is 2MP higher on S10e, although 8MP on Note is enough. The Note has the really cool Slow-Mo and Super-Slow-Mo options.
Battery: Is 900mAh higher on the Note.
Other Features: Iris Scanner on the Note, no such thing on the S. Fingerprint sensor is on both, although the S10e positioning is on the side while the Note sticks with a rear fingerprint scanner. Other then that the Note 9 comes with the S Pen.

Thats just wrong. The OnePlus should last the same time, and it has a 90Hz display.
Other then that the IP Rating really dosn't matter, that does not mean that it aint water resistant, just that it wasnt checked / noticed.

So how is it going to work?

As we know, the OnePlus 7T Pro (Bla bla...) comes with a Snapdragon 855 Plus chip, while the iPhone 11 comes with a new A13 Bionic Chip.
Other then that, the OnePlus comes with 12 GB of RAM, while the iPhone comes with only 4.
But, when it comes to bare performance, the iPhone is faster in loading apps, and the same results in how much apps it keeps in the background.
When it comes to benchmarks, again, the iPhone wins, here are the results:

In short: Partly yes, partly no.
In long: The iPhone has better photo processing and a better dynamic range, while the OnePlus has more sharpness & has a better night mode.

Did i already mention the ridiculous price tag of the iPhone 11 Pro Max at $1099 for 64GB, wich can get up to $1999 for 512GB? Thats $2000 out of your wallet! The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren Edition isnt so cheap either, sadly, $831 for 256GB, even do thats less then half the price of a 512GB iPhone 11 Pro Max, and is cheaper then a 64GB iPhone 11 Pro Max.
I guess this round again is a win for OnePlus.

In security, the iPhone actually can be a winner.
Apple wont stop bragging about Face ID, and i agree with them, its flippin good, and is ultra fast, but really, why ditch the Fingerprint Scanner? Make the apple logo the Fingerprint scanner and im sure your  sales are gonna up.
In the side of OnePlus, they also have Face Recognition, but not as superior as Face ID, but they have the super-ultra-fast Under-The-Display fingerprint scanner, wich is faster then Face ID.

The overall winner would be OnePlus if you want the most out of your smartphone.
If you want to brag about you and your friends ain't some tech guys your better off with the iPhone.

I also suggest he can use something like Nova Launcher to change the look.

If you don't want Android nor iOS stay with the Nokia.

This person is going to the effort of writing in a language they likely do not feel 100% comfortable with. If you've ever bothered to learn another language you will know that it is a challenge to bring your point across clearly. Attacking people for trying to use another language is just sad, and discourages people from learning more languages.

Then you obviously cant have a apple. Apple's are known for breaking at the moment they fall, and when you buy a "budget" apple (XR) you cant expect anything good in durability. I also think the OnePlus 7 Pro is just basically a better phone, so go OnePlus 7 Pro.

Just get an 11 Pro Max
