David.A got a reaction from Teddy07 in Spotify super high CPU usage
Just found out why. It was that high because I was on the Start Screen of spotify where there is like a constant animated video at the top which made spotify run at 20%. Still a bit high for an animation. But when I am on a playlist it is between 0-4% mostly which is fine I guess.

But thanks for the help and have a nice day

David.A got a reaction from M_Marcus in Windows Update Resets User Account
I wanted to install all the latest Windows Updates as I usually do once a month. This time there was a voluntary Update which I also installed to have everything up to date. This Update took waaaaay longer and the computer had to restart several times. After it finally finished and I wanted to login and got an error with something like "cannot read user settings" (sadly didnt screenshot the exact message). So I restarted the Computer again manually and when logging in this time the wallpaper and icons were already reset and after further inspection my whole User Account got completely reset. I checked which the resent update was. Name: Functionsupdate for Windows 10, Version 2004.
I was almost thinking of completely formatting my pc and reinstalling windows incase anything else got damaged. Any recommendations?

It's fine. The CPU will just throttle itself once it gets too hot, so you will lose on the performance. Most likely will not have any real effect (short-term or long-term).

They may have an option selected within the web accessible firmware that is set to block VPN connections by default. Your iPad could be using alternative protocols to bypass the issue, where your laptop doesn't. Do you know how to access your firmware? Plug your laptop via Ethernet into one of the mesh routers, there should be a label that will tell you what the default IP address is and the login credentials. If the information on the label doesn't work let me know.  The default IP address could have changed.

David.A got a reaction from Ben17 in Why cant I use my 3 Monitors as being separate Monitors and not duplicating themselves?
I just bought a 3rd Monitor. Connected it via DP and went into the Display settings on my PC. I now have the problem that only my 2 old Monitors will actually show something. Or the other option that I could get to work was that I had 1 main Monitor and Monitor 2 and 3 were duplicated. But I want it so that all 3 Monitors are basicly on there own and can show separate things. I have the Monitors connected to my Asus Gtx 1080. 2 Monitors via DP and 1 via HDMI. Is it maybe that I can only have 1 Monitor connected via DP and must have the other 2 connected via HDMI? or how else do I get this to work?

    Many thanks in advance!

Maybe consider repasting you CPU. You said your System is factory overclocked? Do you know whether the IHS was removed and the tim was switched to LM?

Check CAM software/BIOS again. Check if pump is running. And you can't feel the 90C of the CPU cores as it's the cpu core temp... The actual heat output dosen't warm up the air around to 90C.
