    so fps is much better, still experiencing high usages, even more is cpu now but i dont have any thermal paste so ill probs buy some but thanks for the help

    So i just did a full clean of my computers fans, so much dust, now everyone is running perfectly even way better than before and much better temps however my cpu is running almost 90% and gpu 60-80% which i wasnt experiencing before the reset where this issue started after the reset.

    how can i measurethe clocks before and after, im new to using msi afterburner, is that just the base clock?, my gpu is at 91 degrees currently, with no app or games running besides chrome

    ill try that, here is a screenshot with the task manager, u can even see the fps top right, my cpu hits 95 with max fan speeds, i have msi afterburner and ive done what is essntially increase the base frequencies or something like that.

    reply yes i have udated to all the newest drivers. I checked and my configuration may be the reason but around 85 degrees. I have a acer predator helios 300 (gaming laptop). I have configured the device for maximum performance.

    Yes i know fortnite but im a decent player so its enjoyable, but anyways, i factory reset my computer due to technical issues and now my computer runs smoothly and so much better, but whenever i launch fortnite now, i get my normal fps and my gpu suddenly hits 100% and just slow laggy frame rate thats constently either 30, 60 or 70 fps, i am on all low setting except for 3d resolution, i play 1920 x 1080 at 144hz andi need help on how to solve this. I have a intel core i7-7700HQ @2.80GHz and a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060. Some help to issue this issue would be much appreciated
