I’m not sure if I want to do fan , aio or tubing . Would the aio leak? I’m planning on getting the 2080ti and the intel 9900k im sure water would be the best deal . I’m kinda worried about leaks or fixing leaks . Will it get more worst if I fix the leak . Removing and putting them back in . Or when I maintain it . What should I do fan aio or tubing ?

I want to build a pc , but I don’t know if I should do all fan or Aio or tube. Would Aio leak what do I have to know about Aio and tubing ? I have the money . I’m getting the i9 9900 so ? Help
