  1. Thats really good, I looked it up 1.6GHz base clock to 3.09 GHz is good.
  2. If you want to save some money, you could possibly downgrade to a 8 core Ryzen. It will offer optimal performance and the 3900X is just overkill. What about a Ryzen 7 3700X,

    What is the power consumption normally? Then, see what the new cards power consumption is. It might not run so you possibly could need a new PSU.
