  2. Hey ! I know next to nothing about hardware and software for pcs and laptops. I want to start youtube as a content creator so i was trying to mess around with adobe premier pro today and it said my video driver wasnt up to date and would create stability issues and stuff like that? I don't know the logistics behind my lap top and need a little help! This is everything i could find about my laptops's internals. Have a great day everyone. ASUS Q325UA CPU: intel core i7-8550u GPU: intel UHD graphics 620 (this was the conflicting hardware it said, it wasnt up to spec?) Display: 1920x1080 IPS Storage:512 GB SSD Ram: 16GB
  3. Thankyou very much! Ive got a lot to look in too! I appreciate all the help
  4. Is there a way/app/etc on xbox that would allow me to test connection and performance on a deeper level than just the basic tests on in settings?
  5. I just watched a quick video on AP’s and to my understanding that doesn't solve my dilemma. i want to find a device that can wirelessly connect to my router that then can accept either net cables. Then that allows my xbox then to have a wired network. I cant directly connect my xbox to my downstairs router. And i cant go through the walls with a long ether net cable. Im very uneducated about networking and stuff so im sorry!
  6. Is AP short for something? Or is that the name i can look up? Thankyou for the reply!
  7. Hey! New to the site and had a couple questions. I just got a new game for xbox and been loving it but the packet loss and frame drops are very frustrating! My xbox is currently connected wirelessly and this game is has too much information for a wireless connection. Im upstairs and the router is down stairs, going through the wall is outa the question. So i was curious to see if there was a way/device that i can put in my room that could connect wirelessly to our downstairs router that would allow me to use an ether net cable and make a wired connection! Thankyou for the help.
