    I've played with the mentioned fan curve, but nothing changed. At full speed it shows ~1000 RPM, not more.

    I have Fractal Design R6 case along with its Dynamic X2 GP-14 case fans. The problem is, according to fan's specification it can go up to 2000 RPM, but in my case only up to 1000 rpm (note: I don't have low-noise adapter connected). MOBO is Z390 Aorus Master. Also, H115I PRO's fans go up to 1000-1100 RPM, but never to 1200's, even though it is clearly indicated that they have this capability. What can cause it?
