update: didn't know what the fuck i did but i pressed a bunch of shit and its not there

sticky keys is disabled and relive is disabled

i have an rx 580

i keep hearing beeping sounds when i press ctrl, alt or shift and occasionally this fps counter comes up at the top of the screen but i don't know what it is. it only happens when im in a game. any help on what this is and how to get it to go away?

Update: tried it in gpu tweak II instead of radeon software and its fine. AMD still cant get their software right ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i have dual channel 3200mhz ram

3600x RX 580 8GB 8x2 3200Mhz DDR4 1TB HDD 240 M.2 SSD

This is what my gpu usage looks like when its playing games. anyone know if this is normal or what? (RX 580 8GB)

update gpu memory always maxed out?

dont think thats the issue since i tried it without my gpu and it did nothing

tried turning off game mode, and shutting down unnecessary background applications and it dosent seem to help

older drivers dont seem to do anything

should i test installing previous version of windows?
