    Thank you very much!

I see that the best cases for my PC are the "mesh" type ones.

I will look for the recommended models!

We've been slowly combatting the misinformation and incorrect conclusion people have been assuming to borderline bully people.

Also, I believe your interior RAD fans are facing the wrong way. These are currently trying to blow air out the front of your case, when they should be trying to draw air in.

The result is that fans on the other side of the rad are going t be fighting these fans. I would definitely flip these fans around so they're intaking air.

    Correct, but
Stop this. The orientation is fine. Most cases cant even fit the radiator with the tubes at the bottom, especially if it's a 360mm radiator.

As long as the radiator is in some way above the level of the Cold Plate/Pump combo, it's fine. Maybe a bit nosier, but it wont die, it wont degrade the life of the AIO, and it's not "wrong".

well the stock fans were broken so i dont no what stock temps were but if i had to guess there about the same at a lower db or better performance at a lower db. seem to be around 65ish heaven test. that fans are cheap crap fans i had and i wanted to sell the gpus. if i would have done it properly buy attaching the fans power to the gpu and maybe use 80-92mm fans. trying to center the 120mm was an bit of an pain as it cant go to low or it will hit other pcie slots and cant go too hi or it will hit the door...

Sprints shit network is why I’m on T mobile. TMobile owns part of 600 MHz which I think is the lowest frequency that cellular can use currently. That’s where they get the distance. The Sprint purchase I think was for mid and high band frequencies so they can do faster 5G.

I kind of understand what you are going through there.
My kids and wife are high risk [asthma/allergies](technically I am as well but I have to go to work). So I have become point man for getting things done in the outside world.
My son is taking virtual classes for his first year in college and my daughter is for high school.

From what I have seen, the only difference with house arrest, is you don't have a PO checking in with you each week???

As the talk about cell towers and such.
I thought T-mobile was taking over Sprint because Sprint's network covers a longer distance. (I believe it runs on a different wave length than T-mobile does.)
If it makes you all feel any better, I pay T-mobile $200/month. For 4 lines, insurance for all phones, financing for 2? phones and unlimited data.
And my home internet bill is $100/month for Gigabit Internet with Cox. (and I can't switch providers in my neighborhood.)

Also, I don't see myself changing from T-mobile. We have been with them since they became available in our area, 2002.
It's funny when the customer support people have to end the call with thanking you for being with T-mobile for __# of time.
There is always a pause because typically I have been a customer longer than that person has been working there. LOL

True. Ever since March though I’ve left the house like once a week for at most two hours at a time.  I’m high risk.  I figured out my chance of death once and it was a bunch of nested 50%s.  If I get it 50% chance My lungs will start turning to pus (‘cause that’s what it does.) and I’ll have to go to the hospital, etc..   my healing rate seems to be a bit worse than half it was when I was 40 and inflammation is up about a third.   Basically I don’t leave unless there’s something even more dangerous like starvation.  I’m not sure what the difference is between this and house arrest.

I bought the unlimited up front for a year.  Pretty good deal.  Came out to $30/mo instead of the $60/mo I was paying t-mobile for essentially the same service.   Had to fork over like $300 though for that year.  I like mint.

Hey @Neo5Politan this actually happens to people quite often (PGA CPU's).
Next time, try to heat your CPU (and TIM) up before disassembling your cooling solution as heat should make the CPU unstick from the cooler much more quickly.

Jason 57 reacted to narrdarr in Cooling 3 PCs in 1 Room
Blow less air or more air around won't help. Same amount heat in the same amount of space. The only thing that will change is noise.

You need to remove the hot from the room. A portable a/c can to do it.
If you want to send a bunch of money on custom water cooling. You could place the rads outside and run the tubes from the pc to the rads.

Cheaper solution would be to get a 6 inch duct run it along the tops of the systems. Make a duct that fits the top of the case that goes to the 6 inch duct. Run the 6inch to the window. Mount it there. Id use some cardboard as its easy to mount to and seal the rest of the gap in the window. If you make a box on the cardboard you can mount a 200mm fan to help move air out. Id also set up each case to have positive pressure to ensure air move the way you want. This will make the fresh air go through the system and ou the window.

As far as connecting fan to an outlet, there are USB adapter or you can wire a fan to USB cables. 3 pin fans are easier.

Thank you for the suggestion, this is a pretty good option. I think I will forget about the X71 but will have to think this through before going with the phanteks case or this one. The Phanteks case seems more accesible with the hot swap at the front and has more filtered intakes. But I like the design of the lian li more and it looks like the hdds are easily accesible through the bottom door. I will have to think this one through.

I think I'd might be more concerned about the coolant quality at that age...but if it hasn't broken yet and you don't see obvious deterioration in the lines, don't worry about it until it goes.

Honestly, you should be fine with that AIO until it goes out, and even then it'll probably be the pump that goes fiirst instead of a broken tube. Why not save a buck and keep what you got? It's a good reliable cooler that should keep chugging for another handful of years. The only true advantage that NH-U9S has over your existing cooler is the noise, but hell you could always replace the fan with an NH-F12 or NH-A12 and fix that problem (I highly recommend, did to my 280mm radiator and it cools better and quieter)

Which will also shorten their life potentially. I'd go good thermals over pretty case any day (I also have a Phantekx Evolv Shift, IMO the most beautiful cases ever made, but getting the thermals under control required a LOT of tinkering. I mean a TON of work)
There are tons of great cases out there, I'd keep looking if it were me. Never again will I go with looks over thermals.
