  1. Haha yes my logic was just having a go at it ans seeing how it turned out. Not the best apparently, i was actully just watching a video on the blitz kit and was about to as your thoughts. I think i will do that and see how it goes, on the whole the system performs fine its just a small asthetic loss which is bugging me. Thanks for the help!
  2. I have not scrubbed the blocks yet as i planned on trying to remove as much as possible with a chemical cleaner, I've seen people talk about all sorts of them on here you can flush through the loop. Then once i had done that i planned to scrub the blocks. My cpu block is 100% visible from the front and has no blockages or build up just some light shading like the tubes. The temps and flow remain the same as always. Sounds like i have to replqce all the tube unless someone has an idea on what chemical will remove the pastel coolant coloring.
  3. Sorry if i made it confusing. I have, • drained loop • diss assembled, binned all alloy radiators •installed ek copper radiator • filled loop with distilled water flushed for 24 hours • drained loop • filled loop with distilled water and cleaning vinegar mixture flushed for a few hours • drained loop • re filled loop with EK coolant and started using the pc again but all the tubes are still dirty, I wanted to avoid re bending all tubes if possible thats why im looking for a product to flush the loop and remove the final traces. I have like multiple meters of bent tube and dont want to re bend all the tubes if i dont absolutely have to.
  4. Hey thanks ill have a look, its pteg pipe also and no scratches man all build up basically brand new loop. The opaque coolant and the alloy rads had build up in ther like you wouldnt beleive.
  5. Hi guys! Can anyone tell me the best product to flush through my loop in order to clean this out. I scrubbed some parts and flushed with water but it come back out of hard to get at places and the water doesnt budge it. The gunk is a mixture of build up from opaque white coolant and alloy mixed metal infusion. Ive since replaced with copper rads and clear ek coolant. It was previously 100 times worse but I managed to get alot out with vinegar and distilled water. Thanks guys.

    Overclock

So I just run heaven benchmark, the gigabyte software is all uninstalled and msi afterburner. So i should have a base clock of 1350 and max clock of 1770 as per aorus engine standard settings. Heaven is saying im running 2205 cLock. Re installed aorus engine to check the settings are all on standard which they are. Heaven still stated 2205 clock. Still no RGB. Attempting to flash bios now.

    Overclock

Jurrunio i will do this tomorrow after work, thanks heaps i will let you know how i go. Do you think this may help with the rgb not working also? Its not really my priority but it would be nice.

    Overclock

I cant be 100% sure as im at work and i dont have any results handy but i know its set at 1350 and i think that it does stay around that clock at full load in Heaven. 100% load on gpu for multiple minutes and its only 38°c if temp is relevant.
  11. Hi, Im looking for someone to help me work out a problem with my setuo, someone who can guide me through some process of elimination. I have a 2080ti that won't overclock at all. Partslist: •Gigabyte aorus waterforce 2080ti •Gigabyte aorus waterforce z390 •Intel i9900k •G skill trident 3600mhz •gigabyte m.2 2tb Software: •Windows 10 •Gigabyte fusion and manager •mis afterburner So this is the deal, whenever I try to use msi, next, evga and gigabyte software to overclock I have an issue. If i adjust any settings ie power or clock even fan speed my pc freezes goes full white screen and has to be re booted. I have tried uninstalling each program and re installing, I've tried uninstalling all programs except for one and i have also tried uninstalling all drives and associated software like rgb fusion. ( my GPU has no rgb and gigabytes rgb fusion doesnt even recognise it) When just running normally it plays games and operates really when. I have amazing temps on both my GPU and CPU and decent benchmarks and FPS. Please help as the supplier just says return the GPU for testing. This feels to me like a software issue and i dont look forward to two weeks or more using my xbox. Thank you,
  12. @Constantin also if i try to overlock even just 40mhz it will freeze the pc all together have to restart it and quit afterburner or evga and its all good again.
  13. Yeah, afterburner freezes my pc. Evga and other overclocking software all work but every single program even gigabytes own software has the power slider locked.
  14. Hi team, 2080ti gigabyte waterforces. I cannot use the power slider in any overlockling software. Nividia msi evga its always locked at 0
  15. o-make-your-own-satin-hardline-tubes/1/ The pressure if probably coming from gas release as a biproduct of the reaction between the sacrificial zinc layer in the aluminium radiator (or perhaps the alu itself) and the coolant. As I posted above, at least one other person has had pressure build up in a static loop (i.e. it was just sitting there closed, without running) Hey thanks again, if tou happen to have any suggestions on coolant that might work well with the rgb im all ears. Im going to run the cryofuel for now as i already have it and really dont mind a bit of preventative maintenance.
