Hi i have this strange config god spec but very old monitor since my monitor got knocked out i put this 19 inch vga only monitor i try to put hdmi to vga converter the chepest one whit chip not only cable but it doesn't get any singal only from the mbo vga port which is black not blue. There is one program which work moto gp 22 an some other stuff when boot up and that's it i cant choose manualy the dedicated gpu cant play anything else.xxax

Hi to all. The many problem to enable safe mode was to see if some program or virus Is using the gpu and prevent him from clock down to idle. But after restart I was unable to log in. I try to go back in normal mode interesting whe I try bcdedit /debug off no success Error system cannot find the specified file. But when write bcdedit the bootpolicy was set to normal an still in safe mode. What can cause this kind of issue and most importantly why wndows does not accept my password i never change her I use the same pass every day.
