You see now im confused.Im really not sure if this is sarcasm and i feel stupid thinking that its not sarcasm

I got a 144hz monitor recently,and noticed that its surprisingly smooth.And that got me thinking,if i move myy hand in real life in front of my eyes it looks stuttery compared to 144hz games any answers?

No one can decide for you. You should choose whichever one you want, provided you have the money, they are actually available in your country, and will fit in your case. I highly doubt there would be more than a few %age points of difference between the two. 

Most sources already comfirmed the release date as 2nd December but only time will tell

Ryzen is kinda funky in my country a 3600 cost 860,if i can even find one is stock  the 10400f only costs 650

AMD's equivalent is the Rx 6800 it cost like 80$ more,so i would say go for a 3070.The 2080 ti is faster in some cases but the 3070 has the new generation tensor and RT cores

You should really wait for a while for the RTX 3000 series,its probably gonna be on september 1 then these graphics card would drop in price

I want to buy another single fan to populate all the fan slots,the problem is the listing's hub only has 8 headers to sync,i was wondering if i plugged 1 of them to the motherboard will i be able to sync them with the motherboard

I prefer the 2400G, since the fact that 3600 is too expensive tells me you dont have the greatest of budgets

yes, it should work great.

If you are not planning on upgrading your CPU,you should go with a b450 motherboard
 

It really depends, I can't give you exact numbers but with 2nd gen if I'm not mistaken maybe a 5% overclock is doable. with 3rd gen it's hard to OC because they are already close to their limits.

the 1080 ti is way cheaper than a 2080 super,the same price GPU is a 2070

That's a fake card. GTX 1050Ti's didn't have VGA ports. Very common scam been going around for past few years.
 
The Zotax P106 was an actual mining card so that listing looks a little bit more legitimate, but with the hassles you have to go through to get it work as a gaming card, assuming you even can get it to work, really isn't worth it.
 

could just be me but most of thoose sound pretty sketch i only buy stuff from retailers that have physical stores or the ones that make the stuff i need.
