Personally I prefer Asus Motherboards just because I haven't had one die on me, but that is a personal choice. I have had cheap MSI motherboards die so I tend to have a bit of a bad taste in my mouth from that experience. Honestly choose the best board for you find one with the features you need and tbh the cheapest board with all your features you need, with z87 and z97 having the mosfits on the CPU it doesnt really improve overclocking to have a higher end board and everything now a days is half decently reliable even the really cheap stuff. But to restate choose the board with the features that suit your build, motherboards do not have any performance impact so a more expensive board will not be faster then a cheap board. But thats just my two cents.

I have 0 icons on my desktop...

The case itself is almost done. I put a lot of work in the exterior the past few days. The power button system is also almost done. Only have to make the actual button. Tomorrow I will finish the case, and clean it so I can put a clear coat on it. It should look realy good after that. Work on the custom desk should start this week as well.

A 8pin to 2 6 pins should be fine because a 8 pin is suppose to provide 150W of power compared to a 6 pin which is suppose to provide 75W of power

Jumper I think @Priller will help out the AMD bruvs he has 50% of the amd cpus that have been over 5ghz on the fourm

its mainly going to improve boot times. You'll have to decide for yourself if its worth the money.

I really hope the best for amd, I want them to show Intel some competition and really show us consumers that Intel is not the only one to come to when your serious about gaming etc.

Really the point of a apu is not really to get a video card, personally for gaming with modern games your fine to go with something like a Pentium and a r9 290/970 and you'll get great fps in most modern games. So lower end cpu higher end gpu

Personally I like the wind force unit a lot better
