And how would I go about fixing that?

Okay so to make a long story short, I bought a second handed gpu and cpu Gpu came perfectly nothing to see wrong about it Cpu had 48 bent pins in total because it was flying all around during shipping I got them all straightened and it fit perfectly into the socket, And I plugged everyhing out of the case but I couldn't jumpstart the board, it only starts up if the 24 pin isn't plugged in correct but it was to be plugged in at an angle After the fans start spinning and rgb is flashing all around. The the gpu's flashing a small blue LED under the 8 pin conector for the gpu's power, the gpu fans wont spin, it wont output, neither will the mobo so I am really out of idea's here Specs R5 2600 Xfx rx 580 8gb 16 gb ddr4 3000mhz 500w RGB psu 80+ bronze

I was also wondering if I need a 7200rpm or can I just rock a 5400rpm HDD to save some bucks (I'll have a 120gb SSD for OS and then a 500gb HDD for everything else

Alright but would a ryzen 3 1200 be worth it to game with instead of the ryzen 5 1500x to save a huge buck?

Okay but I am trying to get my complete bill to go down a bit so I tried configuring some things and I was able to drop it to 495 euro's, But I was wondering how good the Ryzen 3 1200 was, Is it any good for gaming or is it trash at it?

I'll do some little tweaking to get under 500 euro's and get the same result, But does a Ryzen 5 1500x come with a CPU cooler standard or not?

Alright and what is the recommended amounth of RAM that you can roll with for gaming? Will 12gb do the trick or is 16 the best to go with?

And does it really matter if I get 16gb DDR4 3000 or 16GB DDR4 2666?

Well I am on a really tight budget that is around 450 to max 500 euro as 450 will even be tight to get

Well that was a prebuild system so can't really configure that, But I would maybe go for a build myself for this one and make my first pc ever

Well its on a prebuild system on a multigiant in belgium so I wouldn't know the PSU model, So if I were to get a cheaper case and maybe a slightly cheaper motherboard I can get it to 450 euro? As I currently have 350 and my bday is in around 10 days so I'll get around 100 bucks so not sure if the 500 bucks will be reachable

And if new does anyone know a price for the 290 that is reasonable?

Can I still buy a new 290 or are they all second hand now?
