  1. i have enabled xmp 1, ill try mode 2, and ill look into dcop
  2. get them from geforce experience
  3. I have an msi rtx 2080 gaming x trio, a ryzen 5 2700, msi x470 gaming ac mobo, 32 gb 2800 mhz corsair vengaence ram, and 750w power supply. I have been playing a lot of warzone recently, and I have noticed that even on low settings I cant hit more than 120 fps in game, low or high settings. High settings, 90-110 fps, 70-80% usage, low settings:90-120 fps, 50-60% usage, its bugging me because I would like 140 fps as i have a 144hz monitor.
  4. what could be more efficient? there is fans whereever fans can be
  5. no, i have a dual aio radiator on top, and three fans in the frond, and one in the back. I read a dozen articles and they all reported much lower temps. I.e: 36 degrees idle
  6. I have an rtx 2080 gaming x trio, and at stock settings at full load It has gone up to 85 degrees. I dont know how much this matters, my room is 78 degrees fahrenheit. I looked up my card and others say they get 65 degrees under full load.
  7. Yeah but at stock settings shouldnt a gpu with 3 fans not hit temps that high?
  8. I have an MSI Rtx 2080 gaming x trio. I started playing battlefield again on max settings (rtx on 1080p) and i noticed that the temperatures with auto fan speeds on msi afterburner got to 85 degrees. I would think that a gpu with three fans should be able to be under 85 degrees without a custom fan curve. Is there something wrong?
  9. I would say lower the refresh rate. No point in putting extra strain on the monitor if you can't sustain 280 fps. Overclocked monitors dont last as long, and 240 hz is already hella smooth.
  10. I have the same issue. friend with a 1660 ti gets 200 fps in valorant, I have a rtx 2080 and get 140. I noticed that there is low gpu/cpu usage during gameplay tho. Like 20% and 20%. If you find a fix let me know.
  11. Only thing I think I have done before this happened, I downloaded warzone and was playing at high settings with RTX on. Now I have noticed my idle clock speeds of 300 mhz and 405 mhz memory when nothing is running, is now stuck at 1515 mhz and 6800 mhz memory. And playing warzone, the core clock goes up around 1920 mhz (1950 max) and the memory clock is stuck at 6800 mhz, when it is normally 7000. I was reinstallling drivers with geforce experience a lot of times that day, like 10, to fix another issue. Could that be the cause? msi RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio ryzen 7 2700 32 gb corsair vengeance ddr4 ram
  12. I also was reinstalling the gpu drivers alot for a seperate issue, if that could be a cause.
