    I figured it out for anyone else with issues. It was the setting to allow lan traffic! of all things
     
    Not sure what difference it makes but if you block lan traffic your device will connect to the hot spot but never work.

    I found the issue it was a bad fan splitter! Now i'm at 51c at 30% load even with a low fan speed no more revs!
     
    I ended up taking it apart and noticed a wire loss on the fan splitter. I even got rid of all the dust.

    Yes just bought the meshify S2 the other was kinda small!
