.My rig is: Ryzen 7 2700x Msi b450 tomahwak Msi Rtx 2070 armor 8g oc Crucial ballistix 2x8 gb 2400mhz Transcend m.2 ssd 240 gb main drives Kingston 240 gb ssd Seagate barracuda 1 tb Bitfenix whisper 650w 80+ gold Aigo dr12 fan The problem is: I started to have fps issue on many games like pubg i use to run at 144 fps smoothly now i lose 10 fps idk why thoigh and have like some micro stuttering

So my pc suddenly just froze even the animation on my razer keyboard is freezing to and cant be shutdown also the monitor is having no signal for a moment and then i unplug the power cord so that i can reboot it but when i reboot the cpu and vga debug led just lights and the pc starts to double booting and cant be shutdown even the monitor doesnt get a single signal.and when i approach my pc the fan is blowing at 100% all the time My Specs: Ryzen 7 2700x Msi armor 8g rtx 2070 oc Crucial ballistix sport 16x2 2666mhz Kingston a400 ssd M.2 transcend 240 ssd for the windows Zowie xl2411p Bitfenix whisper 650w 80 plus gold

Monitor suddenly goes black and say no signal when im playing playing fortnite then try to open chrome.So i turn off my computer and it doesnt want to output any video signal.An then after i troubleshoot it the pc starts double booting first it shows the cpu led turns red and then the vga turns red
