  1. I tried editing grub configuration file /boot/grub/grub.conf in Ubuntu but I couldn't find that entry
  2. After clicking “Recommended repair” I haven’t issued any command in terminal
  3. Hello guys, I have a PC with 3 hard disks SSD #1 (Dedicated to Ubuntu 18.04 OS) [SATA3_0] SSD #2 (Dedicated to Windows 10 OS) [SATA3_1] HDD #3 (For other files) [SATA3_2] Usually, when I boot my system, I get a GRUB menu from where I can choose a specific OS to load (Ubuntu or Windows). For some reason, I had to Reinstall Windows after which I was unable to load Windows from the GRUB menu as it was got corrupted. To fix it, I followed this post and repaired the GRUB Everything is fine now, I can load both OS without any problem, but there is one small confusion, when I checked the boot order in BIOS I found one extra entry ubuntu (SATA3_1) i.e. Ubuntu boot manager on Windows hard disk. Usually, there should be only 2 options Windows Boot Manager (SATA3_1) ubuntu (SATA3_0) If I boot from ubuntu (SATA3_0) a GRUB menu appears where I can choose the OS to load and both OS loads without any problem, but when I boot from ubuntu (SATA3_1) a GRUB terminal appears So my question is can I delete this entry ubuntu (SATA3_1) somehow, does deleting it will corrupt Windows or Ubuntu boot manager or should I just leave it, as it's not creating any problem
  4. I agree these are not important but why are these missing
  5. Hello guys, I have just received my “MSI RTX 2060 Super Gaming X” from an online vendor, after opening the box I found that below two items are missing Coaster Thank you Note The Product seems fine, GPU was sealed pack and box also seems not opened. I am not getting why these components are missing, in YouTube all unboxing videos that I have watched (about this product) had these items what should I do now ?
  6. Then I should go with “Option #1” with keeping Core i3 8100 just in case gpu dies (very less chance) as it has an Integrated GPU
  7. Earlier I had 9600k in my mind but I discarded it for 2 reasons 1. Extra cost 2. My MOBO doesn’t support overclocking
  8. For that I need to throw extra bucks for MOBO
  9. Yeah, for only that reason I am confused. I do my office work also on the system, If for some reason GPU dies I will be stuck
  10. Hello Guys, I need some suggestions. I am upgrading my "Intel core i3 8100 + Zotac GTX 1050ti OC Edition" to "Intel core i5 + RTX 2060 Super" Basically, with my budget, I have 2 below options Option #1: Intel Core i5 9400F + MSI RTX 2060 Super Gaming X Option #2: Intel Core i5 9400 + Zotac RTX 2060 Super Mini Is it worth throwing extra bucks for integrated GPU
  11. I am trying to avoid i5 9400f because it’s Processor Base Frequency is low as compared to my current i3 8100. I do some coding on my system machine learning, data science stuff, some programs run on single core hence trying to avoid it
  12. Arctic Freezer and Be Quiet! Series CPU cooler are a bit pricy in our region and are not easily available
