    Warranty claim has been submitted and I'll be returning it to be replaced.

    you don't have to print or record
    just make sure that they email everything they say on the phone, and don't delete the emails

    RMA it, Dont touch anything. If it arrived DOA just send it back and get it replaced

    Thanks for the replies. I've been buying hardware from this company for 12 years and I'm surprised their quality control let the rig be shipped to me in this state. I'll call them when they open this morning for a replacement.
