I found a used GTX 970 for $80. Is that a good deal or should I try to find a better one?

My computer is a old prebuilt so I don’t know what power supply it has. Is there any way for me to check?

Hey, I have a pretty bad PC but it’s able to run games I play at a decent frame rate. My PC has a i7 2600 with 16gb of ram and Intel HD graphics 2000. I play mostly CS:GO and Minecraft at 720p (possibly 1080p in the future?). I was wondering what GPU to buy. My budget is around $100. I’d like to stay under $100 but I might be able to spend a little bit over $100. I was also wondering if I can expect any good Black Friday deals on a cheap deal for a good graphics card.
