I'm currently planning to "build" a PC for fun around 1000$. I have a Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB of 3000 mhz RAM and other stuff. Right now, I'm quite stuck with GPU selections. Pls give me some advice for a Gpu around 400 dollars.

So I am planing to build a gaming PC, other parts are very good. The only thing I am confusing about is the RAM. I know that there are 2 types of RAM: DDR3 and DDR4. The mhz thing makes me confuse. Please explain and give me some advice of choosing RAM.

I am running on a very decent specs: - Intel Core i5 9400f, 16GB of DDR4 ram, gtx 1070 ti, All the games I tried run smoothly except Fortnite. I don't know why? When I launch Fortnite then the normal screen changes to a acid looking one. I restart but everything seems to be fail so please help me out. I will be very appreciate!!
