There are actually some legitimate sources in the list. I haven't watched the video but I am fairly sure the person who made the video either misinterprets or cherry picks some data from the legitimate sources though.
For example there are some legitimate statistics about birth rates in one of the news article from Vox. But the explanation for lower birth rates are explained in the data by things such as "better access to birth control", but I wouldn't be surprised if the Youtuber just goes "see, we have lower birthrates! It's because phones are cooking our babies!" even though that's not what the data says.

There is also another link to the NCBI which seems to be a legitimate study which shows that there might be a link between cellphone usage and certain types of head tumors. However, even if the findings are accurate (remember, science usually require consensus between multiple different studies to be seen as legitimate, aka peer reviewed) this study is 9 years old at this point, and it goes over data which is another 10 years old. In other words, the study is not about 5G since the data is from the the late 90's or early 2000's. No idea why 20 year old data is being brought up in a video about 5G which has only been on the market for like 2 years at most.

it's better to OC manually. But if you want to start a conservative OC, let power comsumption go max, and temp limit go as high as you are comfortable with. (Just be fair, if you set 60ºC as upper limit, no OC will be archieved on air, in a 25ºC room temperature).
If you want to push a bit further, increase voltage as high as you are comfortable with. Just mind that will increase heat and also noise footprint. Balance the OC to your comfort.

The rule of thumb is Core clock is king. Memory clock is secondary, bare in mind the little extra power limit you add will be rapidly consumed by VRAM OCing, so start with clock and fine tune with VRAM.

    Cheers!

Initialize the disk, it should ask you what to do it as, choose GPT and then format it as NTFS.

Update then clone will be safer, although updating shouldn't affect any data on the drive

If you want to set up different devices completely then go for the E10K or the FX-Audio DAC X6 rather than the Sabaj PHA2 or SMSL SAPII.

Out of the four you have mentioned there, 2 are DAC's and two are amps. Both the E10K and the FX-Audio DAC X6 are DAC's and these basically use none of your motherboards audio whatsoever as they only really have USB input and as such will process their own audio from the computer, this is because they have their own audio controller on board and they'll connect differently to if they were plugged into your motherboards audio controller over 3.5mm audio jack.

The two others, the Sabaj PHA2 and the SMSL SAPII are both pre-amps and therefore they don't have an on board audio controller, they are only adding extra power to the audio signal from your motherboard that comes out of your 3.5mm audio jack. As you say, you are happy with your motherboard audio so these two may be better for your needs and simplicity.

You have several options here, first of all is whether you want to use the amplifier for more than headphones. For example, if you ever wanted to add passive speakers to your sound system etc, or, if you are solely using headphones to listen to things. At which stage, buy a speaker amplifier with a headphone output for the first option, or, just buy a plain and simple headphone amplifier/pre-amp to boost your audio quality/loudness for the latter.

The next thing to mention is whether you want to use a tube amp or a solid state amp. personally I prefer a decent tube amp for headphone listening whilst solid state for listening on my speakers. It is up to you but there are plenty of headphone pre-amps and amplifiers out there, it also depends on the budget at which you are looking at.

Try searching for the FX-Audio DAC X6.
It's the same like Fosi Audio.

Or just get an AMP, like the Sabaj PHA2 or SMSL SAPII.
The SMSL is much more powerful than the PHA2 and also has an 3,5mm-line-in.
You just connect the Line-Out from your PC or your PS4 to the Amp and connect your headphones to the amp. Most DACs are good enough these days.
